The Rev. Rebecca Sommer-Petersen, MDiv, STM

The Reverend Rebecca Sommer-Petersen is a founding member of The Mission Diocese.   A graduate of the Boston University School of Theology (MDiv, STM) she was ordained in May 2015 for the former Diocese of Rumney Marsh.   A worker-priest, Rebecca coordinates the Salvation Army's Chatham County (NC) Service Center as her “day job.”   Rebecca is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and also offers support to Family Caregivers as well as other forms of pastoral care.
